I build products and the systems that keep customers happy.
Founder of optsolut. Automation engineer from TGM Vienna. Technical Customer Success at chatarmin.com.
About
I am an automation engineer from HTL TGM Vienna, specialised in electrical engineering. My strengths are control and sensor technology, microcontroller programming and getting technical projects working in the real world. I am most interested in building intelligent systems and optimising automated processes.
I finished six years of electrical and automation engineering at TGM Vienna in 2026. After around 250 applications with no reply, I applied to chatarmin.com between my final exams, visited the office the next day and started in Customer Success with no prior experience. That is still how I like to grow: take ownership before I feel ready and turn feedback into better systems.
For my diploma project our team built an autonomous car for the ACE Challenge, supported by Bosch and ASFINAG. Other cars were technically stronger. We still won the Bosch Innovationspreis 2026 special prize in the ACE-Challenge category, out of 80 diploma projects from 27 HTL schools, because we built the whole experience around it. I built the car mechanically, owned 3D printing, part assembly and maintenance, and built the live dashboard and MQTT connection. The full project is now public on cits.maksymilianjamroz.com ↗. It taught me that people buy a vision they can picture, not a list of features.

Redesigned dead and outdated sites for Vienna small businesses.
