Business OS for small service businesses. Next.js, Postgres, AI agents.
- Role
- Founder & CEO
- When
- 2026 – now
- Stack
- Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, GitHub Actions
Breakdown
Salons, restaurants and studios run their business across five to ten tools that do not talk to each other: booking, customer lists, invoices, marketing and a website. Data is scattered, the monthly bill adds up and nobody really owns the full picture.
- Customer history lives in three different places
- Every new tool is another login and another subscription
- Owners have no time to stitch it together
One operating system that runs the whole business: booking, customers, staff, marketing and the website with SEO in one place. The rule is migration beats integration: import once what the OS replaces, and keep syncing only with the tools it deliberately does not replace, such as the POS, accounting and calendars.
- Multi-tenant: one account can run several businesses
- Import contacts and history once instead of building fragile sync
- Agency side: web, SEO and reputation work for local companies
Built
- Registered Austrian company, marketing site live with pricing
- OS modules shipped: staff, consent-based email marketing, SEO and GEO tracking, public booking
- Cloud-only development with CI on every change
Not yet
- OS still in a closed pilot, not open sign-up
- Some modules, like AI agents, still marked as in preparation
How it works
Bring existing customers and history over once, from CSV or the old tool.
Booking, customers and staff in one dashboard instead of five apps.
Email marketing with consent, website and search visibility from the same data.
Keep a live connection only where the OS does not replace a tool: POS, accounting, calendar.
