Breakdown
Work arrives through email, Slack, tickets and a support inbox. AI can prepare fixes and replies, but nothing should be sent or changed without a human saying yes, and an approval given an hour ago may already be outdated.
- One request shows up in several tools
- Approving a fix is not the same as approving a reply
- Stale approvals are dangerous
One queue where each real request is a single case. The fix and the reply are approved separately and exactly. A new message or a changed setting cancels the approval, and a worker executes only approved jobs and writes back a receipt.
- Separate approvals for fix and reply
- Automatic invalidation when anything changes
- Global pause and full audit history
Built
- Private repository with case queues, browser jobs, worker health and audit history
- Synthetic end-to-end run passed without touching real systems
Not yet
- Not deployed: needs private authentication first
- Live worker intentionally switched off
How it works
Requests from every tool merge into one case.
The exact fix and the exact reply are drafted.
A human approves each one separately.
The worker re-checks, acts and writes a receipt.
